It was founded in the Edo era, and, in inn loved by many writer artists doing calligraphy who visited Miyazu castle town which prospered in Tango Chirimen, various illustrators of Kyoto in the Edo era and many writers, poets such as Kan Kikuchi, Eiji Yoshikawa after Meiji visited.
